They started life as a traditional rural land management company, which is so hard to find these days: completely approachable, honest to a fault and deeply rooted in the community.
Those same values remain as we begin to rebuild my Father’s legacy with Jamie & Partners Property Consultancy – but today I bring my own expertise to bear in the advice and guidance we give to our clients.
My experience straddles land management, surveying, consultancy and agency, as well as time served on the investor and developer side.
I have spent over a decade advising landowners, developers and investors on how to maximise asset value, first at Bidwells LLP and then as a Partner at Knight Frank LLP. This was followed by developer-side experience at Hopkins Homes as Group Land Director, where I have spent the last eleven years leading the land acquisition side of the business.
That view, both sides of the fence, benefits our clients with distinctive insight, allowing us to navigate land and development decision making confidently and expertly.
